Beautiful. That's what all these women have in common. Whether you're skinny, chunky, plump, curvy, or straight as a board, you are beautiful and no one can take that away from you.
Now I'm not the skinniest woman around these parts of Maine, but I'm pretty sure I'm the happiest. Like every one, I have my moments where I absolutely HATE my body, but most of the time I love it. I enjoy the plump around my belly, the small breasts my sisters nicknamed, the long beautiful legs, the fair skin (I can't even go outside and not get burnt!), the beautiful fullness of my face, and the short sausage like of my fingers.
So I encourage all of you to enjoy the beautiful round, gooeyness of your body!
Take out a piece of paper, any kind of paper. Write for 10 minutes about what your body means to you. Describe it, like I did above. Then create a piece in your journal. Comment with a picture.
I hope everyone finds the love in their bodies, like I have.
